Our Story
Xiang Sen Meat Processing was founded on a simple observation: while the American livestock industry produces some of the world’s highest-quality beef, many valuable specialty proteins remain underutilized in the domestic marketplace.
For years, our team worked within the global protein supply chain, gaining firsthand experience in sourcing, international trade, food processing, and market development.
